Pantherophis emoryi - Reverse Stripe

The 'Reverse Stripe' trait originates  from specimens collected in Texas assigned to the subspecies Pantherophis emoryi meahllmorum. The trait is still very rare in collections, although specimens exhibiting this trait have been known for many years.  There is only a handful of breeders in the world working with these.  My pair came from a zoologist in Hungary.

It is assumed to be a genetic trait, although more breeding trials will help determine this.
